Please meet Scott Marsh, the Service Manager at Ferrari Beverly Hills. Scott has been a loyal and valuable member of Ferrari for the last 15 years, and he is enthusiastic about his role and the vehicles he works with.

Q: How did you end up working with Ferrari Beverly Hills?
I had the opportunity to collaborate with the previous service director at another dealership. When he sought someone with a strong background in service, he reached out to me, and the prospect of working with Ferrari Beverly Hills was too enticing to pass up.

Q: How long have you been with the company?
I've been a member of the Ferrari Beverly Hills team since 2009, and I'm thrilled to be celebrating my 15th work anniversary this year.

Q: What do you like most about working with Ferrari?
As someone who has been a car enthusiast for as long as I can remember, I consider myself fortunate to have turned my passion into a career. Having worked across various roles in the automotive industry, from technician to salesperson, finance manager, and sales manager, I now find immense fulfillment in my current position as Service Manager. It's the culmination of years of diverse experiences that allows me to lead our service team with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the automotive world.

Q: Can you describe your daily job responsibility?
On a daily basis, I oversee all aspects of the service department, making sure that the technicians have all that is required to repair and maintain the most amazing vehicle on the road. I love interacting with clients and hearing about their driving and life experiences. I would say one of my most important jobs is ensuring the clients are happy with their vehicles and encouraging them to use and enjoy their vehicles as they were meant to be.

Q: What is your favorite Ferrari? And Why?
The 458 Speciale Aperta. The last normally aspirated V8 engine makes it an iconic piece of engineering, embodying the essence of Ferrari's performance legacy.

"Kimi Raikkonen. His unfiltered honesty and straightforward approach make him a unique and admirable figure in the racing world."

"I collect Chia Pets, with Mr. T being my personal favorite."

Q: You’re stranded on a desert island. What three items would you take with you?
"I'd opt for a boat, a hot air balloon, and a hovercraft. Having options ensures I'm ready for any adventure that comes my way."
